Minister of Culture and Media of Montenegro, Tamara Vujović, and Director of the National Library of Montenegro “Đurđe Crnojević”, Ivan Radulović, officially opened the exhibition “Montenegro 2006–2026: Two Decades Since the Restoration of Independence and European Integration” today in the lobby of the National Library.
The exhibition consists of 12 printed panels covering thematic areas such as diplomacy and diaspora, culture and the arts, science and education, economy and ecology, as well as sport. The concept of the exhibition was designed to present the development of these fields during the period from 2006 to 2026, with particular emphasis on the most significant events and processes that marked those two decades. All thematic sections are bilingual, presented in both Montenegrin and English.
The exhibition also includes a selection of books and journals from the collections of the National Library of Montenegro “Đurđe Crnojević”, thematically accompanying the exhibition panels, along with a multimedia presentation as its third segment.
The exhibition will remain open until 5 June 2026.
