With this edition, Matica Crnogorska wants to contribute to the study of material about this mysterious person of our national history.

The proceedings contain a part of unpublished material, as well as published material about this mysterious and important person in the history of Montenegro. Unpublished material is predominantly from Bogišić's archive in Cavtat, and in this collection it is published in its entirety for the first time.
