As the continuation of the digitization process, the National Library of Montenegro “Đurđe Crnojević“ has published the application for Android operating system.
In order to familiarize users of the library with its materials as well as current information, news, and announcements, the National Library of Montenegro “Đurđe Crnojević“ has released the application for Android operating system. The application can be downloaded from the Google Play Store or from the link https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.androidapp.nbcg.
The leading idea behind the application development was the content dissemination and the establishment of widely spreading mobile environment that supports information sharing and interactive cooperation among users. The users will be available to inform about all the activities of the National Library (announcements, promotions, exhibitions, concerts, thematic gatherings, etc.) and access to all digitalized materials of the library (the Digital Library of Montenegro and COBISS - Co-operative Online Bibliographic System and Service) from one single virtual spot.
