On July 11, 2019, on its
Cabinet Session, the Government of Montenegro adopted the Decision on severance pay in the case of the consensual termination of
employment of public sector employees, pursuant to Article 33, paragraph 3
of the Law on Salaries of Public Sector Employees.
In order to implement the
aforementioned Decision, as well as the Government Conclusions, no. 07-3038
from July 11, 2019, the Director of the NLM “Đurđe Crnojević” announced a
public call for the consensual termination of employment.
Following a public call,
all interested employees should submit a request for severance pay in the case
of the consensual termination of employment to the Director by August 30, 2019.
