The latest number of the magazine “Komuna”, dedicated to Montenegrin librarianship was presented on the sixth day of the Book Fair in Podgorica, organized by the National Library of Montenegro.
Amer Ramusović, editor-in-chief and Bogić Rakočević, director of the National Library of Montenegro and Marijan Miljić, librarian and publicist and co-publisher of the thematic issue of “Komuna” spoke at the promotion.
The participants had the opportunity to get acquainted in detail with the content of the magazine “Komuna” and with its true value. In addition, they got familiar with the activities that the magazine organized in the previous period.
Director of the National Library “Đurđe Crnojević” presented the thematic issue of the magazine “Komuna” in detail. 53 librarians from Montenegro worked on this issue. According to the words of the director of the Library, there is no fear for the survival of books and librarianship. Despite the changes that have taken place in history, the meaning of librarianship remains the same.
