The National Library of Montenegro “Đurđe Crnojević” organised a diverse three-day programme this year under the slogan "Read – Defeat Superficiality", dedicated to World Book and Copyright Day.
After the previous two days, during which students from the Cetinje Grammar School and the Secondary Vocational School had the opportunity to attend classes in a different setting focused on the work of Janko Đonović—led by teachers Biljana Orlandić and Ivana Mitrović—today’s event placed emphasis on contemporary themes, creative processes, and the influence of technology on literature and journalism.
The moderator, Suzana Marjanović, a librarian from the National Library “Đurđe Crnojević”, led a highly engaging and inspiring discussion with writer and journalist Nikola Marković, author of the book "I, ChatGPT". Through a presentation of the innovative way this book was created—essentially as a result of collaboration between the author and artificial intelligence—the audience gained insight into the fact that AI influences our lives far more than we might think or fully comprehend.
As on the previous two days, visitors to the National Library were also able to receive a free membership card.
