The collection “Size
Zero - Politics and Poetics of Women's Writing - Comparative Perspective",
whose editors are prof. dr Sanja Runtić and prof. dr Aleksandra Nikčević - Batrićević
will be presented on Thursday, September 30 at the National Library of
Montenegro “Đurđe Crnojević” in Cetinje, at 6pm.
Apart from the
editor Nikčević-Batrićević, writer Dragana Kršenković-Brković will speak at the
promotion.
The collection
contains 11 works by authors from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Serbia and
Montenegro who, by analyzing contemporary women's writing created within
different national literatures, question the relationship between women's
poetics and contemporary reality, and point to new comparative possibilities of
approaching women's aesthetics from a transhistorical and transnational
perspective.
The program will
be held in compliance with all applicable measures of the Institute for Public
Health of Montenegro.
