will mark 90 years since the birth of Miodrag Bulatović on Thursday, February
20.

MA Ksenija Rakočević and Marinko Vorgić, writer and advisor in the Ministry of
Culture of Montenegro will speak about the life and creativity of a well-known Montenegrin
writer.
