The aim of this year's
Conference is to continuously promote cooperation between heritage institutions
- libraries, archives and museums in order to achieve a common mission - to
protect and promote cultural and scientific heritage. By
organizing the LAM 2020 Conference, it is meant to draw the public's attention
to the fact that libraries, archives and museums are lifelong education and learning
centers for both users and employees. Proactivity is a trait
imposed on cultural institutions by explosion of information in the 21st
century and it implies a readiness to take on any new challenge.
The call for papers is
open from January 31 to April 1, 2020.
All interested
participants are required to send an abstract of their lecture and their short
biographies to the following e-mail address: dragana.markovic@nb-cg.me
The abstract should
include: the title of the paper, the name of the author, the institution you
are presenting, the concept of up to 250 words, and 5-7 key words.
The abstract submission
deadline is April 1, 2020.
Conference presentations have
to be made in Microsoft PowerPoint or video record and are limited to 7
minutes.
Notice of acceptance of
papers will be received by the Conference participants by May 1, 2020.
Working languages:
Montenegrin, Serbian, Croatian, Bosnian, Macedonian and English.
Registration fee for the
Conference is 20.00 €. Students do not pay the registration fee. Registration
fee includes participation, work material, refreshments during breaks, lunch,
dinner and an organized excursion.
You can make a payment to
a gyro account: 535-11-579-68 Prva banka, with a note “Registration fee for the
Conference” (it is possible to make the payment on the Day of the Conference).
We hope that this year’s
